Yes, MyPay is PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment throughout the transaction process. The current PCI DSS documents can be found on the PCI Security Standards Council website.

You need to follow below mentioned steps for creating an account with MyPay: 

Step I: Go to Sign Up button, and fill up the details. 

Step II: Enter the OTP received in the mobile number you entered. 

Step III: Set your password and PIN. 

Step IV: you are registered in MyPay.

Click on Load Fund icon. You can load money using these methods: 

For Mbanking:

Step I: Select your bank. 

Step II: Input the needed amount and proceed. 

Step III: Fill up your details and confirm. 

For Ebanking: 

Step I: Select your bank. 

Step II: Input the needed amount and proceed. 

Step III: Fill up your details and confirm. 


For Send Money: 

Step I: Enter mobile number and amount. 

Step II: Select purpose for sending money. 

Step III: Mention remarks and proceed.

For Request Money: 

Step I: Enter mobile number and amount. 

Step II: Select purpose for requesting money.

You need to follow the below-mentioned steps for creating an account with MyPay:

Step 3: Select your dates.
Step 4: Select the number of passengers.

You can find your ticket as a pdf file at the statement after the successful transaction and the cashback statement of the transaction.

You need to have your valid identification document (citizenship, passport) at the time of boarding along with your ticket. 

You can find your ticket at the statement of the transaction as a pdf file. You can print it or you can just show your ticket from your smartphone.

Yes, you can reschedule your flight. You have to contact us 14hr before the flight on our official Facebook/ Instagram page and also you can contact us on our toll-free number 1660-016-2000 during office hours.

Since MyPay is just a ticket seller, not a provider, the charge for the cancellation of ticketing depends upon Airlines.

Tickets can be both refundable and non-refundable. If the purchased ticket is refundable then the refund policy depends upon the airline.

Airlines will try to accommodate the passenger in the nearest/earliest available flight to the destination.


Insurance FAQs

You can have insurance scheme with MyPay so that you don’t lose your lifelong savings while paying in a critical situation. It will also provide you peace of mind and security to your family.

You must claim your insurance within 7 days of injuries at MyPay office with written application.  This insurance policy is non-transferable and if not claimed within the timeline mentioned, it won’t be carry forward.  

We’ll provide insurance scheme to first 5,000 users who comply with terms and conditions. 

Yes, you’ll get notification through SMS before the expiry of insurance policy.

You’ll receive SMS once you are eligible for insurance policy.

Insurance scheme is only applicable for accidental cases like accidental death, permanent disability and hospitalization expenses due to accident upto Rs. 1 Lakh.

Insurance facility shall be covered for yourself only.

You can claim your insurance upto Rs. 1 Lakh. 

You can’t transfer your insurance to another person.

You can get accidental benefit insurance with the MyPay Insurance scheme. You can claim the insurance in case of Accidental Death, permanent disability, temporary disability, and hospitalization expenses due to an accident up to Rs. 1 Lakh.

You must be Registered with MyPay and get KYC verified for becoming eligible in insurance scheme of MyPay. You must conduct monthly transactions of at least Rs.1000 every month (transaction does not include Fund Load, Wallet to Wallet transfer and Bank Transfer) for the continuance of the insurance policy. Please refer to the below example for more clarification;

 

Mr. Ram downloaded MyPay and get KYC verified on 6nd Falgun 2078. He conducted top-up of Rs.200 on 7rd Falgun 2078. Again, He pays his Internet bill of Rs.800 on 9th Falgun 2078. His Insurance policy shall be effectively started from 11th Falgun 2078 as his transaction criteria are fulfilled on 9th Falgun only.

Such policy shall remain valid up to Chaitra End 2078. If Mr. Ram wants to continue his policy for Baisakh 2079 also, he needs to make the payment of at least Rs.1000 through MyPay during the month of Chaitra also and so on.    

KYC must be verified for knowing the customer and providing the insurance to genuine customers/ KYC is required to establish the legitimacy of a customer's identity and identify risk factors.

Maximum One Year or up to the period as communicated by MyPay via SMS                             whichever comes earlier. For details please refer terms and conditions:

Your policy will discontinue if you failed to conduct the transactions as per the terms and conditions.

You must provide written document of claim within 7 days of accident at MyPay office or you can send us the hand written application at [email protected].  MyPay shall be validate your claim and sent to insurance company for claim processing. Once, Claim is settled by insurance company, MyPay shall be called you to receive the payment of insurance.
