The charge for the cancellation of airline tickets is not determined by MyPay because MyPay is a ticket seller, not an airline provider. The cancellation fees and policies are set by the airline from which you purchased the ticket. Each airline may have its own cancellation fees, terms, and conditions

The refund policy for airline ticketing can vary depending on the type of ticket you have purchased. Airlines generally offer two main categories of tickets: refundable and non-refundable.

Refundable Tickets:

Refundable tickets allow you to receive a refund if you decide to cancel your flight booking. However, there may be conditions and fees associated with the refund process.
The specific refund conditions and fees can vary between airlines and ticket classes.
It's important to carefully read the terms and conditions associated with your refundable ticket to understand the eligibility criteria and any applicable fees.

Non-Refundable Tickets:

Non-refundable tickets, as the name suggests, typically do not allow for refunds if you choose to cancel your booking. The fare paid for these tickets is usually considered non-recoverable.
In some cases, airlines may offer the option to make changes to the travel dates or routes for a fee, but a full refund is usually not possible with non-refundable tickets.

If you're experiencing issues with the MyPay app not working, there could be several reasons for this problem. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that you have a stable and active internet connection. Poor or no internet connectivity can prevent the app from functioning correctly.
  2. Update the App: Make sure that you have the latest version of the MyPay app installed on your device. Outdated versions may have bugs that have been fixed in newer updates.
  3. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your smartphone or tablet can resolve app-related issues. Turn off your device, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  4. Clear App Cache: Clearing the app's cache can help resolve performance issues. Go to your device's settings, find the MyPay app, and clear its cache. Be aware that this might log you out, so ensure you have your login credentials handy.
  5. Check for System Updates: Ensure that your device's operating system is up to date. Sometimes, outdated OS versions can lead to app compatibility issues.
  6. Log Out and Log In Again: If you're able to open the app but it's not working as expected, try logging out of your MyPay account and then logging back in. This can refresh your session.
  7. Contact Customer Support: If none of the above steps work, it's a good idea to reach out to MyPay's customer support. We will provide specific guidance for resolving issues with the app and may be aware of any ongoing technical problems.
