How to book flight tickets from MyPay?

1. Open the MyPay App Dashboard and look for the Ticket Booking Section.
2. Click on the “Flight” icon to access the flight booking section.
3. Choose whether you want to book a one-way or round-trip flight.
4. Fill in the required details such as your Destination (From Origin -> To Destination), Departure date, and the number of passengers.
5. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the “Search Flight”.
6. A list of available flight options will appear. Choose your desired flight and time by clicking on it.
7. Double-check the details of your chosen flight and click on the “Proceed” button.
8. A confirmation message will pop up. Click “OK” to proceed.
9. On the next page, enter your full name and any additional required details and click proceed booking
10. Check the passenger details and Click Ok.
11. Click on Proceed and Select the payment option. If you have a promo code/Coupon, enter it in the designated field to avail any available discounts.
12. Choose any available options to pay (Wallet Balance or Linked Bank Account or MyPay Coins) and click on the “Proceed to Pay” button to proceed to the payment page.
13. Review all the booking details once again to ensure accuracy.
14. If everything looks good, click “OK” to confirm your booking and complete the payment process.
15. Now you will receive the details of ticket on your Email. Print or show the System generated ticket during the departure time at Airport.

How to book Bus Tickets from MyPay?

1. Open MyPay Wallet app and login.
2. Click on the “Bus” icon to access the Bus Ticket booking section.
3. Choose the Source and Destination, Departure Date, Shifts (Day or Night) and click Search.
4. Select the vehicle listed and seat according to your choice and click on “Buy tickets”.
5. Fill the passenger details, select the boarding point and click on “Proceed”
6. Review the ticket details and click on “Proceed”.
7. Select available payment option, wallet balance or bank link and click on “Proceed to pay”
8. Review the transaction and click on “Ok”.
9. Enter the 4 digits MPIN and process for the payment.
10. Congratulations you have successfully booked ticket. You can download ticket or email ticket. Also you can download ticket from My bookings which is available in the menu.

• The Flight cashback is only valid for the first transaction in Flight booking.
