Blue Book Renewal

This document is applicable for Blue book renewal .
  1. I hereby, provide my full consent for Mypay Sewa to retain my bluebook during the renewal period i.e. from bluebook collection till handover.
  2. The calculated amount is just an estimated amount which may vary from the actual tax receipt. Amount paid can be verified from the obtained receipt during handover.
  3. Excess amount shall be refunded and deficit amount shall be collected during handover, if any and any deficit amount shall be cleared before handover.
  4. After making payment or filling up the form, you shall receive call from our representative within next working day for the bluebook collection.
  5. The entire process from bluebook collection till handover shall take 4 to 5 working days.
  6. Third party insurance is compulsory for bluebook renewal. If you already have insurance, please upload/provide the valid insurance paper during collection of bluebook. If you require insurance, please upload/provide the copy of citizenship or license of vehicle owner during the collection of bluebook.
  7. In case of getting full insurance for your vehicles, please fill in forms, and Mypay representative shall contact you.
  8. During collection of bluebook you must ensure to obtain the stamped receipt from the Mypay representative. Company shall not be held responsible for bluebook without stamped receipt. Further, during the handover of bluebook you shall present the stamped receipt and if unable to present receipt, bluebook shall be provided only with valid ID card. Additional charge of NRs 100 shall be charged if you are unable to present the receipt during handover.
  9. Mypay shall not be held responsible for fines incurred within 3 working days of your payment. Ensure your bluebook is provided with sufficient time.
  10. If you are not available for pickup of your bluebook, you must provide the written consent to the third party along with the receipt provided during the collection.
  11. I shall be liable for the service charge of NRs 500/- for the service availed. If you cancel the renewal services after handover of bluebook, you shall be liable for the payment of full service charge.
  12. Please check all the documents during the handover of bluebook.
  13. This service is currently available only for Koshi Province.
  14. The tax rates used in the calculation are specific to Province 1 (Koshi), whereas they may vary for other province.
